Hello fellow fit mamas (and fit mamas to be)!

Glad you found your way here because I’d love to introduce myself.

I’m a mom, Pilates teacher (19 years and counting!), certified MuTu Pro, health educator, former triathlete and the creator of Pilates Fit Mama. What is that, you say?!? It’s Pilates fused with functional and high-intensity fitness to strengthen, restore, and transform your body into one that you will love, accept and appreciate.

I help busy pre/postnatal women like you get strong and fit while feeling confident and powerful.

You might say I help moms and moms-to-be get their groove back.

I help you to increase your strength, confidence, energy and time so that you can be the mom you want to be. All in only 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week. That’s all it takes.

If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and judged your reflection as not good enough, or you dread putting your clothes on, then this is the place for you. If you’ve become a pro at convincing yourself that you’ll start tomorrow (that new diet, new workout regime, new fitness program) and finally get a handle on things … only to put it off day after day – month after month – or start but then totally fizzle out … then this is the place for you!

I don’t pretend to have all the answers, and I certainly have those days when I critique and compare myself and hear those whispers of judgment dancing around in my head. BUT, what I’ve discovered over the last 8 years are ways to love and appreciate my body. I’ve learned how to really take care of myself! I won’t lie. Some days are way harder than others.

But learning to love and appreciate your body is a process! I help you to create a new relationship with your body and embrace all the miracles it can do … and has already done!

That’s what I do.

My Mission is to help women of the world to know they can heal! Understand, trust and LOVE their bodies while taking responsibility for their health. And the good energy and health that come as a result won’t only affect you. They become a domino effect which ultimately impacts the health and life of those around you. In the best possible way!
